Smashed Potato Salad. Best Tater salad I've had this side of St. Claires. I'll even share my recipe.

Smashed Potato Salad:

• 2 pounds new potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
• ¼ cup minced onions
• ½ cup celery
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise or store bought mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Boil the 1/2 inch cut potatos, run them through a mill or grinder, you don't want them to be paste, but pretty close. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the coating, mix with potatoes, cool, and enjoy!

Did you catch his new show? I haven't yet, but someone told me it's online.
I did, and I enjoyed it. The filming is a little weird, but it's still a great show. And I love him, so as long as he's got a show on or another book in the works, I'm happy.
