Got one from Target this morning. I wish getting a second controller was easier. They’re so expensive on amazon.

Edit: NM. I guess SNES controllers and wii classic controller work too.

I didn't know the SNES controllers worked. I even have the extension cables for those.

Thanks for the tip!

Yeah I was looking at the prices a few months ago and saw that since the connections are the same it's feasible.

From the horse's mouth
The Wii Classic Controller, Classic Controller Pro, the Wired Fight Pad, and the Battle Pad can be used with the NES Classic Edition as a second controller for 2-player games only.

It is hard to imagine playing an NES game with anything other than that rectangular masterpiece though.

I'm not sure how much I will play games on this, but it is nice to have everything in a fun little package. The price is right too.

For the NES Classic. I feel like I've already gotten my money's worth for the SNES Classic since I never owned an SNES and hadn't played many of the games on it.

I paid list price for both. 60 for the NES Classic. 80 for the SNES Classic.

Same. My wife and I will probably play 2P Dr Mario more than anything else.

Mario 2 will be my first game I play. What a weird gem of a game.
