I'm going to rewatch both over our winter break. JJ was probably the better show but I wonder if the replay value in DD was higher.
They're both excellent.

I havent finished DD yet, but i wont until i finish JJ. I feel JJ is way more of a character story, not only Jessica, but Killgrave for example...and Jessica is a way more interesting character than Matt.

just finished episode 8...WOW. what a masterpiece...Killgrave is a better character than i expected....and that gory ending? This is great.

Just finished JJ. Amazing. Loved it....the noir look, the characters, the fuckin villain....best marvel series and its up there with their finest work.
I would say its the best serie from this year too.
oh, and i love Patsy.

- I'm surprised they killed him, too. Maybe Tennant only wanted to do one season, I don't know. But that's a bummer. Hopefully, they'll be able to do interesting things moving forward. I don't think you NEED Kilgrave for the show to be interesting. I'm still way more into the other characters.
