I got a confirmation email 6 hours ago and then got an email just now saying I didn't win? Has this happened to anyone else. My credit card was charged.

Reserved was 99 percent and many folks not getting a response yet. Something doesn’t jive

Got my shut out email about 30 minutes ago. So much for reserved being 99%.

I guess it’s good that I accidentally signed up for the verified fan thing but now all the other seats are gone right? It’s just seats they’re going to sell in the general sale that are left, right?

This also just happened to me. Different ticket/receipt numbers on both. The decline email says my card was not charged. My card does in fact appear to have been charged however.

What does it all mean ??!?

Looks like this is a common issue. WTF Ten Club?

My guess on that is that it’s the BA option going haywire. I’d guess all the people that won are still in, but also got a decline on the GA/reserved they didn’t win.

That is insanely fucked and I would demand 10c refunds the cost of flights booked after original confirm emails. Holy shit.
