I like these guys a lot but I didn't think that was among their better tracks. Better verse from Mike than from El.
Both of these songs are solid but not as good as anything on RTJ2

Yeah, neither of these have grabbed me to the same degree.
The opening four-track assault from RTJ2 is still one of my favorite runs on an album.

The last 2 tracks feature El-P going full El-P. Easily his best work, production-wise, in his RTJ career.

Ya, I really wasn't impressed with the multiple singles released before the album dropped. I was expecting, for the first time in my days of following EL-P, to not love an album of his. What a fucking surprise this is to be so jaw-dropping good.
