i always order mine without the green relish. it conflicts with the pickle IMO.

I love Chicago dogs, they're delicious.

For pizza, NY style for me.

BBQ, I like both the eastern NC vinegar based and the SC mustard style. If I had to choose one, I'd probably go eastern NC.
