Think I'm staying at the Hyatt House City Center, which is right next to the arena.

I am a little surprised at the tenclub interest for this show. I've got 3 friends who live in North Carolina, who have been in the fanclub since 2000 or prior, and none of them are attending Charlotte. I assumed I could use that as a barometer for interest, but obviously I can't.

It's going to be full with a bunch of southern frat boys who will be doing nothing but imitating Eddie Vedder, but in the voice of Scott Stapp. Didn't you learn anything from Atlanta last year?

how is that place on price?
and does the arena have plenty of parking incase we stay a ways away and drive over to the show?

I joined the club in 2000, but my interest in the band has gone up and down since the early 90's. They still put on a great show though.

In regards to the GA pit, I hope it is like the PJ/U2 show's GA in the front at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii 2006. Wasn't crowded at all, and the band's friends and family came and went. Good times... Even though I'm mid thirties now, I could go for a good friendly mosh.

The crowd in Columbia, SC 2008 was great. Charlotte should be about the same.

Both B and I were down on the field at Midtown last year. I know he heard/saw the same people I did at that show. It was pretty annoying.
