This movie hit me like a ton of bricks and I decided I never needed to see it again. That's why I disagree with its inclusion.

Yup. Exact same feelings towards this movie. Definitely pummeled me at the time and I rank it as an absolute favorite but I’ve been unable to watch it again.
May be my favorite movie?

I guess it all comes down to how you view the movie. I continually have a similar argument with my brother in law - he seems to think it's too violent, I think it needs to be, but whatever - I love the movie

To be honest, I never really liked the movie. It's fine. It's not terrible but I've never understood the love affair so many people have with it.
