Yeah, I’ve been trying to think of an otherwise “bad” movie that has great acting and I can’t come up with a good one.
It could just be a mediocre movie. I’m also trying to come up with one for either as well…

Be careful about finding that line between "OK movie great cast" and "OK movie great acting"

A recent one that comes to mind is The Eyes of Tammy Faye. Not a great movie, but Chastain's performance was outstanding, especially in the back half.
