Whatever it takes! To each their own, but if you ever get bored or struggle with considering a relapse, I recommend taking up a running routine. They say it's really helpful to replace your old habit with a new healthy one. Running releases similar feel-good chemicals, but without the downside.

I smoke pot. It takes the edge off enough, and I’m pretty lazy. I have thought about running though. I’m glad you found something that works.

Yeah, I still smoke pot and drink, but I know how effective running is when going through any kind of dark shit. I need to take it up again but it's hard with two kids and a full time job. It's just good to know it's always there when I need it. People think it's hard, cause they're lazy. I'm about as lazy as they come. You just gotta get out there and jog and try not to stop for a while and see how it feels. Before you know you might be hooked and 10x happier/healthier.

He died this weekend. Alteration oversells it, he was punched by a bouncer.

My other neighbor had a stroke last night and is in the hospital. Bad time to be my neighbor.

What happens to the bouncer now

Being investigated by homicide.

I predict the bouncer will move to a small town and live in a barn loft, and eventually he will be forced to use the same move that killed a man in order to defend the town from organized crime elements.

It shouldn't be so easy to kill a guy with a punch. I worry about that more than getting beat up.

I don't understand, that doesn't look like me beyond being a guy with glasses. Hair's wrong, eyes are wrong, eyebrows, nose, forehead, none of the features or proportions match. Even the glasses are the wrong shape. But that's because it's not supposed to be me! These people are doing your good work dirty, dad
