I know, but he’s old. At some point he’s gotta grow up. It’d be a nice final act on a career that had some incredible highs in the 80s.

it's almost always someone in the background.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't think they really provided a satisfying explanation of the 'why and how' of this season's murder.

I don't even think it would've been that difficult to flesh it out a little more.

I realise the murders (kind of like the podcast) are just background noise to the wacky antics of the three leads - and I still enjoy that aspect - but more attention to the nuts and bolts of the mystery would've been welcome.

I was going to write something before about how the podcasting aspects of the show feel like they were written by someone who only very vaguely knows what a podcast is.

That Nickelback line had a similar vibe.
