I guess I assumed Predator: Badlands was gonna take place in the old west. This threw me for a loop its the opposite of what I expected. Looks pretty wild. Think I'm in.

Trailer is pretty damn cool but it's the same director as Prey.

Cloverfield Lane was ok if I remember.

Yep. The giveaway being her eyes during what I'm assuming was a sleep/reboot sequence.

She was really good in Stars War: Asshocktua, so I'm looking forward to this.

This doesn't look bad to me but does every animated film need to do the Spiderverse juddery framerate thing now?

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I loved the Predators movie. The focus on the characters was a nice change of pace. I genuinely enjoyed the Topher Grace twist.

This film is the only reason I keep following the franchise. Don't think I enjoyed anything else including from the alien movies. I haven't seen everything though.

Prey was fun. It did kind of stretch belief that a person who's own technology had advanced as far as bows and arrows and was at best familiar with muskets could figure out and use the Predator's technology against it and not, you know, think it was just straight witchcraft.

And whoever envisioned a world where this movie just dropped and you didn't know you were watching a predator movie until the predator showed up on screen is living in a world I want to live in.
