If the IP-address somehow mysteriously changes in GoDaddy's DNS settings then I would change the login credentials/password you are using to GoDaddy ASAP.

If it still happens I would contact GoDaddy if you haven't yet done so, and ask them if they can see what time the change was done and from where (IP-address etc.). But thank you for fixing this once again!
