That is something I never expected to hear.
That sounded good. I believe Jill was in the pit, so not so strange.Jorge wrote:Hahaha very strangeBirds in Hell wrote:what on earth
What’s strange is imagining Eddie Vedder dancing at dance parties.spike wrote:That sounded good. I believe Jill was in the pit, so not so strange.Jorge wrote:Hahaha very strangeBirds in Hell wrote:what on earth
I can't speak for Spenno but what I meant by "very strange" is that hearing Eddie Vedder singing a song by The Cure (one of my favorite bands) feels legitimately odd and even a little disorienting; those artists occupy different corners of my brain and rarely if ever intersectwarehouse wrote:eddie vedder told a long story about his wife then did a cover song from 80s, so strange!!! lol weirdos
if this was pearl jam i would be more surprise, but his solo album has 80s influences all over it and he seems to be having fun doing different coversJorge wrote:I can't speak for Spenno but what I meant by "very strange" is that hearing Eddie Vedder singing a song by The Cure (one of my favorite bands) feels legitimately odd and even a little disorienting; those artists occupy different corners of my brain and rarely if ever intersectwarehouse wrote:eddie vedder told a long story about his wife then did a cover song from 80s, so strange!!! lol weirdos

Nice!Coach wrote:It was a great show. I was actually right next to Jill Vedder, but left her alone because I am not a psycho.
The line about dance parties felt truthful. It started out as she would pull until the garage and leave a song on and blasted it and they kinda danced a bit and then they like outfitted the garage with lights and smoke machines. It was covid and it made sense.
I did not talk to her, but she was hugging and chatting nicely with fans/friends of the band in the VIP cocktail section that I was next to.VinylGuy wrote:Nice!Coach wrote:It was a great show. I was actually right next to Jill Vedder, but left her alone because I am not a psycho.
