if i have some ham and swiss or turkey and cheddar laying around, i'm more inclined to prepare a grilled sandwich. it doesn't get any better.

Today I made myself a sandwich consisting of sliced roasted chicken breast, habanero havarti, dukes mayo, and a dill pickle spear on sourdough bread.

Champagne ham, tasty cheddar, thinly sliced tomato, a little mayo and salt n' pepper on wheatmeal. Sweet mother of god. The flavors!

Made a straight up dagwood last night: roast beef, salami, ham, and turkey with pickles and banana peppers on sourdough. This was the capper:

i mean, yeah, of course a croissant takes a sandwich to the next level, but it's also pretty indulgent, yanno?

I buy the day olds from the grocery store, spike..usually 2 for $1..they last a couple days
