sriracha has alway been a staple here..our local grocery store was out of it today...I almost had a panic attack

Idun is made from 2kg tomatoes for every 1kg of ketchup. 18g of sugar for every 100g. They also have a successful no added sugar ketchup, which naturally has 4,7g of sugar per 100g.

Curry ketchup is great. There was a burger joint in NYC I used to go to that used it. Delicious.

There's a local hot sauce maker here that makes a fermented mushroom ketchup. Total umami bomb
