Award goes to the RMer, who displayed excellence in weight loss, pooping and peeing in 2023. RMer must demonstrate regular bowel movements, steady and clear urine streams and dropped at least five pounds in 2023. He/she should also be a regular and creative contributor to all three threads.

The BIG NEWS is that Simple Torture, founder of The Weight Loss Thread, has RETURNED to the thread for more weight loss.

He is a tremendous candidate for "The Weight Loss/Poop/Pee Thread RMer of the Year" award.

If he chronicles hie new weight loss journey and couples it with a few poop and pee updates, he's a shoe-in.
