Anyway, Burt and Spike are obviously idiots. Their purpose is to keep the core warm without restricting movement of the arms.

Extremely dorky, but of course they make sense!

Are cores typically more cooler natured than arms? If anything mine is the opposite.

yes there should be anti-vests. Just sleeves to keep my delicate arms warm while my fiery heart keeps my chest warm on its own.

they do make sense for accommodating variable office AC/heating environments... while still allowing free movement of the arms for keyboarding (which jackets inhibit, and sweaters lead to sweaty armpits)
