Wtf is he doing on Waiting For Stevie?
yes I had a similar thought the other day
i genuinely can’t stand Ed’s singing voice now

It's not always the most aesthetically pleasing but it can be effective if you make an effort to meet it a little over half way, and sometimes just half way, and other times less than that or more than that, give or take a time, respectively.

Wtf is he doing on Waiting For Stevie?
Making more than one RMer literally weep with joy, apparently.

I'm not brave enough to enter the madness of that thread.

You’ve made the right choice.

Yep. The reports of tears were... a surprising twist on things. Lots of overly emotional RMers it seems.
That thread is an interesting time piece though. It's almost 'not of RM' in a way. Best left alone imo.

did not watch this interview either and don’t know the riff bc i seek to remain pure
they were smart to sell the tour tickets before this album came out bc i genuinely would have questioned paying TM gouge pricing for the sake of getting into a show after getting dunked on by 10C (thanks for the 28 years of membership!)

imagine you paid $600 per ticket and show up through the masses to the show and pregame a few beers and some sick kindbud and the lights go out and rather than playing release/not for you/ corduroy/ black they play 8 dark matter wdyd
1) leave the venue
2) find some chick’s butt to stare at
3) make fun of the new songs while they are happening and wait for something from Vitalogy
4) n/a - you are still stuck in the merch line to buy $86 sticker sets
