I don’t think there’s an artist he hasn’t played with.

I’m not sure I’ll ever tire of hearing them talk about how the band came to be, especially if they’re the ones telling the story.
The only thing that would make that interview better is if they talked about making the rest of the albums. I’m sure that would be a lot longer of an interview.
also, I love Jeff.

Solid interview. I didn't know Jeff was an Atlanta Hawks guy. Pretty based, ngl.

Yeah I’d love to see a 2 hour interview with the band just discussing albums post yield.

We need oral histories for all of their records/eras. There's really no excuse not to have these from surviving members of all these important bands (PJ, Soundgarden, AIC & Nirvana), and pulling them together before they all lose these precious memories is a hundred times more important than whatever the RRHOF is up to in any given year.

I particularly enjoyed the Robert Deleo, Jimmy Chamberlin, Matt Cameron and Thayil/Novoselic/Endino episodes.
Like others, I could listen to these for hours. Very similar to the Serious Jibber Jabber interview Conan did with a bunch of the original Simpsons writers - I watch that thing at least twice a year.

Very enjoyable, thanks for sharing. I agree that it would be cool to have some similar interviews focused on other periods.

Loved that. Jeff is just so fucking cool. What an artist. I love how they interact, they prefer to record, the little tidbits about the songs.

Jeff saying the backstage interaction with Corgan re: anxiety about label funding never happened was hilarious. William Patrick is so full of shit.

jeff calling out billy corgan was hilarious corgan is such a dork
great interview, it probably helps having the two most personable members of the band do it. i wish they went into the later albums more, but i thought it was cool Beato brought up 'Given to Fly'. What a riff and song.
