Do Make Say Think
Animal Collective
Sandro Perri
Eric Chenaux
Mogwai
Grails
Carla Bozulich/Evangelista
65daysofstatic
Tindersticks

I'd like to see Pearl Jam, Sigur Ros, and Arcade Fire at some point, but I don't think I could ever convince myself to attend an arena show, or pay arena prices. I also get bummed out about the fact that I'll never get to see Oceansize or Vic Chesnutt.
Woah, Carla Bozulich?? I LIKE YOU.

I'd still like to see Soundgarden, preferably in a smaller venue.

Wait, if this is about people we want to see, I just crossed Sigur Ros off the top of my list, so not sure who would be next.

But if this is about bands to be axed, Justin Bieber and the Great Wall Rickshaws would be number one on my list.

I bet they would've been pretty awesome to see. When I was DJing a new wave night for a few years, the amount of people who were old enough to see them who swore they were one of the best live bands they'd ever seen was pretty staggering. I've never heard anything less than gushing praise for Michael Hutchence's frontman capabilities from people who'd seen them.

I'm adding CHVRCHES and Janelle Monae to my list.

I'm pretty lucky. I live in a major city and i've been able to see a lot of the bands i want to see.

Of current bands...
If At the Drive in ever did a tour... they would jump to the top of my must see list.

Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats
Rush
Of Monsters and Men

Those are probably the three i feel i need to see that i haven't. Again i've been quite lucky over the years.

I made love while listening to Bruce Springsteen's "I'm On Fire"

 No, it's cool. DJing was cool. Sometimes I wish I never gave it up, but I didn't get into it beyond UK garage.

I think I did every kind of music at some point. Over the years I had a 50's-60's-70's night, a new wave/classic alternative night, a modern indie night, and an 80's-90's-00's night. It was fun, but the last club I worked at was horrible, so I don't find myself missing it as much as I would've thought.

Actually, I miss playing the drums more. I find listening back to my old band's stuff kind of bittersweet. I wonder if everyone feels like that who's been in a band, or I'm just a pussy. Probably both.

Oh no man, without a doubt. DJing was a very failed attempt to fulfill the void of not being in a band. So much so that I've pretty tossed my life (further) down the drain to try to make it happen again.

Best of luck with it mate.

Man I miss jamming and playing live. It's been around 3 years since I've even touched a kit. I don't miss the band politics and shit that surrounds it all but that feeling when playing is too rare. It was bittersweet when our album was released (especially with being fucked over on the liner notes).
