I assume they serve that chicken stuff so people who don't like seafood and/or are freaked out by raw stuff can go to sushi restaurants with other people and still enjoy it

I was at a sushi spot once in Tokyo and they did a raw chicken one...no thanks..I did have a slice of mink whale kind of by accident and it was good but I felt bad
