I assume they serve that chicken stuff so people who don't like seafood and/or are freaked out by raw stuff can go to sushi restaurants with other people and still enjoy it

Sushi just means vinegar rice, you can make it with anything. That being said, lol at chicken sushi

I was at a sushi spot once in Tokyo and they did a raw chicken one...no thanks..I did have a slice of mink whale kind of by accident and it was good but I felt bad

Peppers are slimy when they’re cooked. I do love jalapeño peppers on pizza, though, so I guess I’m contradicting my earlier post.
