Interesting, thanks for sharing. Picking "a" favorite is impossible, but I could maybe convince myself to undertake a project of putting together 100 desert-island songs and seeing how many PJ tune make that list.
I’d be into this thread.
100 would be difficult. Or maybe just getting through my top ten was the hard part? I’ll think about this more after the holidays. But no PJ in my top ten

Great music gets to a point where I can’t imagine it being any better. The songs that do that will jump out and make most of the list easy to put together. 10 hours is a good line in the sand.

This topic pushed my head into a couple of directions, and in the end I landed on Smile being my favorite PJ song.
I could write an essay making the case for like 10 other PJ songs, but Smile just checks all my boxes.
Is it my favorite song of all time?
Nah, I can't even settle on an all-time top 10, but i know Smile is in there somewhere.

I would say it might be depending on the day. Like the idea of island song what hundred songs could I not live with.
