they state that manhunters can assume another organism and you wouldnt be able to tell them apart. the only way you can tell them with a carbon based being (humans) is because they cant duplicate the heart. when they die the hart crystalizes.

that is why hal threatened hector. he said if johns parents die then hector is no use to him and he will kill him and watch his heart crystalize.

That was awesome. For every overly explainy bit of dialogue that makes me roll my eyes (like the Manhunter's speech about adversity), there was another moment that made me say "hell yeah"

Every moment with the manhunter talking was awful. I liked the action and that this story line is wrapped.

Why didn't the Manhunter just red laser the aliens when they were at the ranch? I am glad John's phone survived the fire so we could get another useless moment with his insane parents. In what ways did Hal betray all his ideals? If a 90lb woman can push a car miles down the road why am I constantly picking up, moving and carrying things for them? A bullet can kill a Manhunter? I guess the kid is a Manhunter too? Dumb show. Can't wait for next week.

The Manhunter´s death was a bit easy yeah. And again, i hate Hal in this show really.

I don't think any moment with John's parents is useless, they are thematically essential to the show. I wish we saw even more of them.

At this point, I don’t think Hal is gonna be like this the rest of the season.

i havent seen anything said so this is 100% pure conjecture on my part

when they assimilate a species they do so at the molecular level so they turn into whatever they are mimicking and not just a look alike made out of space material (if that makes sense)

the thing that has me confused (and i realize they changed this for the sake of the story) is why did abin sur want to give the manhunter a chance to survive. in the comics the manhunters predated the lantern corp. it was only after the manhunters killed without pause that the gaurdians decided to start the corp to allow reason/will to help police the universe.

I know people hate how Hal is portrayed but I like it. also Kyle makes a phenomenal grizzlied Hal.
