Marfa is a wild spot for Stereolab to visit. Makes weird sense.
It's a former desolate ghost town in West Texas that managed to get itself gentrified somehow.

"Somehow" = because artist Donald Judd poured a lot of artwork, money, and time into creating a cool little enclave; and then hospitality maven Liz Lambert opened up the El Cosmico glamping spot.
Absolutely love Marfa. Wife and I spent a couple days there on our honeymoon. You haven't lived until you've visited this permanent art installation in the middle of nowhere:
that store is ridiculous.
