Its sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeit, alright? Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeit.

I think watching the series a second time gave me a new appreciation for both season 1 and 4. My first time through, season 3 was hands down my favorite. After 2 viewings, I caught so much more in season 1, and how things were planted in that season but later revisited in season 3. Season 4 was so different, and I was resistent to the change the first time watching it. The next time around, I knew what to expect, and also picked up on a lot more foreshadows and plot points. I really liked how they barely showed the main character in season 4. The show was just as strong, if not stronger by focusing on a whole new group of people.cutuphalfdead wrote:Finished season 4 last night. I liked it a lot, not sure if I like it as much as season 3 though
- Spoiler: show
Yes! The growth of Carver is absolutely one of the best things about this show. I feel the same about Cutty too...first time around, meh. Second time, I really liked his story. I despised Snoop and Marlo the first time, second time, I liked them (in a I hate them, but like them kind of way). The growth of Michael (the young pup with big paws), was really interesting as well.@SkitchP wrote:The part that I really enjoyed upon multiple rewatchings was how differently I viewed the characters. First time through is all McNulty, Omar and Stringer. I HATED snoop and Cutty the first time through. I also thought Carver was meh.
and now one of my favorite parts of the series is the growth of Carver. I started to enjoy snoop, the Cutty story became one of my favorites, and Colvin is an absolute revelation.
Not yet. Hope to tonight or tomorrow.darth_vedder wrote:^Did you finish s4?
When Bunny showed up in the Dark Knight Rises, I let out a "fuck yeah!"darth_vedder wrote:Yes! The growth of Carver is absolutely one of the best things about this show. Bunny was one of my favorites from the get go. After the 2nd viewing, I noticed he was actually in Season 2. I didn't notice that the first time.
Yes! it was pretty awesome. That's a show I'm really starting to enjoy on a similar level to King of the Hill.Farmer John wrote:Did anyone catch Bubbles' appearance on Bob's Burgers last Sunday?
“Hi. I'm Andre Royo. I played Bubbles on the critically acclaimed tv series The Wire. But today, I'm talking about a different kind of bubbles. Soap bubbles.”@SkitchP wrote:Yes! it was pretty awesome.
