A bold first pick! You make a good case though. Add to SRV's many, many, many accolades that he was the first pick in the first round of the first Red Mosquito Dream Band Tournament.
You're up, Kaius!

Nope, but now I've seen the calibre of what I'm up against.

Sarge, did you change the title to say "The Argonaut"? It's probably not a bad idea to keep the title updated with whose pick it is, but there are still a few picks before him.

I figured you were just anxious and wanted your turn to come sooner so that you didn't have to worry about someone else drafting Brendan O'Brien.

Way to kick it off, Varis! Stevie Ray is a heavy hitter.
I'm on my way to work but I'm about 90% on my pick, so as long as I don't get swamped I'll try to get it posted this morning.

The fact that, despite being commonly regarded as one of the single greatest guitar players in history, pretty much every song he ever recorded is a total bore?

I'd love one, stip!
And yeah, I was hoping you would sign up. Maybe if this goes well we can do it again with a bigger group.

I said the same awhile back. Man, the guy could play, but almost none of his songs do a thing for me. You'll be happy to know I was chastised for suggesting that his cover of Little Wing was probably his finest moment.
