PryTo is absolutely right. We aren't that far off from "Eddie Vedder & Pearl Jam present... TEN LIVE".
Well maybe not quite that but if they were to do a whole album-centric tour, other than a new album they're promoting, it'd for sure be Ten.

I am stuck in the mid 90s to be honest. Not many of those bands still around. Counting Crows is one of my only other favorites that has stuck together all these years.
Not many new bands in the last ten years worth getting hooked on (obviously this is an opinion not fact), plus I'm not a teenager anymore so I don't have time for more than a couple favorite bands.
PJ has not wilted in my mind by any means. They have aged. It's not the same vibe it used to be, but the guys are 50 now, not 25. I have accepted that. I've grown up with it.

Well maybe not quite that but if they were to do a whole album-centric tour, other than a new album they're promoting, it'd for sure be Ten.
I think PJ could pull off any of their albums live if they want to. I think it'd be cool if they did Ten like that... and then Vs. in another city... Vitalogy would have to be amended, like leaving off Stupid Mop and replacing it with Long Road / I Got Shit... and so on and so forth.

To be clear, I wasn't really talking about what they are capable of doing, but what they are most likely to do.

They hardly ever play Deep, Garden, Oceans... but I get what you're saying. I'd be perfectly fine if they dropped Release, EFlo, Black, Porch and Alive from here until the end of time. Of course, that is unless they did the whole album and Jeff put all the little basketball figures up on his amp.

I would probably look at it differently if I was 16 again. I have other priorities now...not much time to get into new bands and follow their careers (like I have with PJ)...or play video games, or see every new movie that comes out, etc etc etc.
There are some that I like but none of them have me interested to the point where I'm learning their B-sides, or the stories of how the band came to form in the first place, etc etc etc.
There are just other things that have my attention now and I'm happy that my favorite band has been one of those rare ones that sticks together for 20+ years.

I love the idea of playing an entire album straight through live. They need start considering something like this and understand they really are, at this point, a nostalgia act that isn't going to break new ground live. A year or two ago, I saw the Who (well, Pete Townshend and Daltrey) play Quadrophenia live straight through. Their entire tour was playing the album, then a few hits in the encore. It was actually pretty fucking awesome.
As for the idea that it would "obviously" be TEN and that they almost play the entire album every night (or every city) anyway, well, that's just plain false. Yes, Alive, Even Flow, Black, Why Go & Porch get played most nights, but that's only half the album. Granted, it's still half the album, but it's not "every" song as had been suggested.
Personally, if they were ever to do an entire album live, i would be shocked if they chose TEN. It wouldn't make any sense. For one, the album doesn't go together all that well, and there's very little ebb and flow, it just wouldn't be that great a live experience.
If they were to ever do this, it would be Vitalogy, No Code, Binaural, or S/T. Any of which would be the tits for me. A rotation would even be better.
I'm a firm believer in the moneygrab, but there's just really no reason that this would lead to a "TEN" live show. The Who picked Quadrophenia, not Who's Next. Even Ed Vedder-Debiase, Jr would recognize this.

I'd go see them if they played "Binaural" or "Riot Act" all the way through, but then they would have to learn how to play some of those songs again, which will never happen in a million years, because they are too fucking lazy.
