This is literally the most ridiculous over reaction ever.
Ed was clearly not taking sides - just being generally anti-war in his usual hippie-pacifist way.
Not mention of any specific conflict. This guy is a douchebag.
And I speak as an Atheist Jew and as someone who can see how both sides of the Israel/Palestine conflict is fucked up.
Incidentally I went to the MK with two Israeli friends, both who have served in the IDF. Neither were offended, in fact, I think they were both moved by the passion with which he spoke.
So, yeah. Douchebag.
