Yeah, this one is a lot harder. It's almost an embarrassment of riches, in terms of power at least.

This is what I think:

H: .351/5/13
G: .351/10/2
D: .366/21/20
A: .351/30/1
E: .291/39/5
F: .304/30/2
I: .338/17/2
C: .328/13/0
B: .351/10/1

Similar to chud's, but with those 39 homers in the five spot, whatever it takes to get them. Again, I think the best overall hitter belongs in the third spot, smacking them in and setting the table. So that highest OBP doesn't automatically go to the lead-off spot here.
And I'm not sure how H: .351/5/13 ended up so low in skitch's line-up. ?

I would wonder the same how .351/10/1 ends up so low in yours?

The line up has 5 guys .351 or better. Someones gonna be in the bottom.

Good luck with your fan base keeping a guy with 40HRs in the 7 slot.
It's that fucking .291 OBP.
To be fair, though, through .304 OBP from the 30 HR guy isn't much better.

And if you're making decision based on making the fanbase happy then you're doing it wrong.

That's very true. Something about that 300 line though.

One of the best quotes I have ever seen about baseball.....

""If on-base percentage is so important, then why don't they put it up on the scoreboard?" ~ Jeff Francoeur

Wow. This is why you were the next Candy Maldanado and not Dale Murphy, Andre Dawson or Dave Winfield.
