Agreed about Whale Song being good, but I like some LB tracks more.

Unpopular Opinion: Lightning Bolt is a good album.

To this day it's still my most frequently skipped PJ track. I've even listed to Habit more often, though I think Blood is a better song. Mostly because Habit rests better on its respective album than Blood. Also, I keep hoping to one day magically like Habit.

But I do like hearing Blood in concert.

I really hope I never hear Blood at a show.

I love Blood but, for a place they don't regularly play, I'm surprised it's been on the setlist at the previous THREE Adelaide shows.

Curiously, they seem quite fond of playing Once in Adelaide too (1995, 1998, 2006, 2014) and, as I mentioned recently, pretty shy on including Black. I guess they think Adelaide likes to rock?

Blood that early was surprising but it seemed to go down pretty well. In my experience, pretty much any of the harder songs from the first three records get a very enthusiastic reception in Adelaide.

Sires is fucking great
Dave A is overrated and kind of obnoxious on most songs (yet totally awesome on others)
Matt Cameron is an incredible song writer and the best in the band.

Off He Goes is not good.

Hey Foxymophandlemama, That's Me is one of the most creative songs they've written.
