A whole baby octopus. A sushi joint I used to go to had a salad that featured a baby octopus that was about 2 inches long. Head, tentacles, everything. Not sure how it was prepared, but it actually tasted pretty good.

Chicken feet while having dim sum. Wasn't absolutely terrible but I wouldn't eat it again either.
