Happy Shawarmaturday.
The lady chef at my favorite shawarma place was off today, so her husband stepped in for her. It was still tasty, just not as structurally sound. It kind of fell apart at the end there.
Proper engineering design is paramount to a successful shawarma experience.

the shawarma place near me has great shawarma, but also great falafel. it's always a tough choice.
