Most of this I am totally on board with, but the moments of cringey, shoehorned Marvel humor give me pause. So disappointing that they're still pushing that crap.

Yeah, im not sold. Truth is, i dont really care about Aquaman as a character not even in the comics. I think he works fine with the Justice League but im not sure about a whole movie about him...and i dont like Momoa´s take. That bro talk is just...wrong.

Literally the only thing that separates this from a Marvel photo-copy is the Synder BVVVVVOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!!!!! sounds. I'll probably see this eventually. But it looks so obvious and ordinary and rote. Pretty disappointed, honestly.
