Two nights ago I had a dream that it was my birthday and I was being thrown a surprise Star Wars themed party. There were elaborate, expensive decorations everywhere, no expense spared, everyone came dressed up. It was amazing.

And Ewan McGregor showed up to the party too! But he was in regular street clothes, no costume. And he kept making dumb jokes about Obi-Wan. "How come nobody came dressed up as Obi-Wan?" "I mean, he's kind of a big deal in Star Wars." "Wow, no one wanted to be Kenobi? So weird." " I can't believe not a single person here is dressed up as Obi-Wan Kenobi!" Smug little smile on his face the whole time. Sipping some kinda goddamn British beer.

What a dick.

Man, what a twat. That's no way to behave at a party. Next time I dream about him, I'm gonna punch him in the back of the head.

I don't care if TFA does maybe rehash ANH, though I don't think it does THAT much. I'd be happy if SW became just another sci-fi/fantasy series. I don't really care if not every move is great or even good, hell there could even be some kinda bad ones thrown in. I'll still enjoy them all, and maybe then I'd see less idiots wearing SW shirts.

I had my rogue one epiphany last night. I really really enjoyed it.
