I just saw that the classic Soviet sci fi film “Stalker” is on Max. May watch that tonight.

I just read some fucked up shit about "Stalker". Apparently was filmed in an abandoned power plant, and everything around was poisoned with chemicals. Due to a development error of the film after filming, they had to reshoot. The director, his wife, and the lead actor, all who spent the most time on set due to reshoots, all got cancer and died.

Our public library system is having their annual book sale this weekend. Sometimes i can find older editions of good sci fi books there for $1 each
