Underdog story. He successfully ran a grassroots campaign against millions and millions of dollars propping Cuomo up, with basically no support from establishment Democrats. He may end up the latest example of entryism as a doomed political tactic but that type of win is rare and impressive.
I also liked Curtis Sliwa for his love of cats
