Fraying in my shoulder and bursitis. Did a PRP injection and that seemed to help quite a bit

Most likely a torn labrum in my hip. That seems to work fine most days but every once in awhile i lack range of motion and intense pinching pain.

I’m going on about 3 weeks of shoulder/neck/arm pain that I just can’t shake.

Doctor this morning said to take more ibuprofen and run more to loosen it up.

Welp, what a bummer but I now have Osteoarthritis developing in both my big toe joints. This has caused some awful foot pain the past month. Also some Achilles tendinosis.

Nothing super serious and hoping wearing better shoes (no more vans!) including my new hokas, along with orthotics, will help this along.

Was a super bummer hearing such a thing and realizing my body is finite and im getting older. Too many years of abuse on my feet with hockey, hiking, skiing, running.

Maybe best to sit on the couch forever.
