i should add that outside the closet on the adjacent wall is my wife's scarf rack, because she has about 50 of them and they don't fit anywhere else.
the front coat closet is also about half filled with her stuff, so we generally hang our coats on a set of wall hooks.

I created a one in/one out policy in our home with purchased clothing/shoes. If you buy something you have to donate/throw away an article of clothing. My wife is not a fan.
Marriage 101 right thurrr. Stay strong.

Goddamn brown spots have returned to the lawn...
Time for fungicide. One day my yard will consist of native grasses, granite boulders, lodgepole pines, and a dirt driveway... This ornamental shit is for the birds!

Yeah, it happened like this last year, and the fungicide worked. It activates with very moist soil, when the temps get btwn 60* and 85*... In other words, now.
and it spreads very quickly!

Anne Taylor LOFT is the drug of choice for my significant other. I think she has 7 different black and white striped tops. "No Alex, they're different because this one has thicker stripes."

Spending my weekend removing tile and subfloor to prep for new hardwood install. This is a ton of fucking work. Way more productive than weightlifting by the way.

We just had a new shower recess put in reducing the size by about 8cm. The bathroom is useable now esp carrying kids. Just that small thing made life better.
You'll love the new bathroom dude.

We did our own bathroom remodel. So much f'ing work.
I'm really struggling with what to do on the other one now. I have learned most of the skills needed to do it myself again, more quickly this time, but I really just want to pay someone else to do it for me now.

Had a leaking dishwasher last night. I figured out the steam vent was clogged, building pressure causing it to leak. Cleaned it out and works like new. No big deal.
