Menem was the first non-Peron Argentine president I ever heard about because his name was prominently featured in the lyrics to the Bersuit Vergarabat song "Señor Cobranza" which was very popular in Colombia when I was a kid. Total sack of shit, glad he's dead. But if one of my picks doesn't die soon I'm gonna lose it!!!
