Got massive head rush earlier after having walked across the room. If I hadn't been holding onto something I would have collapsed. Passed pretty quick. Wonder if I should make sure I've eaten before going for a run

Much nicer day than forecast so I went to the park and met up with a few friends already there. Perfectly pleasant Sunday afternoon.
But I have been in more introverted than usual funk lately. Past few times I’ve been out I have barely interacted with anyone; I just been “there”.

This a one-off or does it happen (to a lesser degree) on the reg?

Pretty sure it was a combo of lack of food, going for a run, and then drinking.....
Had my blood pressure checked last week when I went to the doctor as I was sure it'd be through the roof with shit going on here - turns out it's textbook 120/80

Sounds all good then. Likely just one of the many and various joys of aging. Yay!

after i woke up this morning, i went to let the dog out of her kennel. we keep it in the laundry room. as i opened the door to the room i immediately smelled dog crap. poor girl had shat the bed, and had vomitous drool hanging from her beard. i took her and her kennel to the backyard to let her do anything else, and i would hose down her kennel and bed. right as i turned on the faucet it started raining, like a torrential downpour. now the dog is soaked and has bits of her own poop on herself. i started to head back into the house, and my wife was standing by the back door with a towel, ready to dry off the dog, but unaware of what had happened prior to the rain. when i told her she started a bath, while i mopped in the laundry room, as well as the kitchen where i'd no doubt trailed poop and water.
somehow, we were able to get everything cleaned up and get the kids out the door for school.
now the dog is in her favorite place, underneath my desk, laying at my feet. poor thing. she seems fine now compared to how miserable she looked earlier.
