I'm not very good at Pearl Jam puns.

Re: Recent Purchases
I found that this book just scratched the surface on most topics, written from a 10,000 foot view. I’m always interested to hear the take always from fans that already know a ton about the band.Higgs wrote:Long Road - Pearl Jam and the Soundtrack of a Generation by Steven Hyden
I like steve hyden and his writing. And I took the book for what it’s worth and enjoyed it.

Picked up an 8qt air fryer last night. What we’ve been using is a 2qt. No more cooking in batches baby!

So far baked potatoes. Skin gets perfectly crisp while the insides are fluffy and tender. Broccoli would be a close second.Monkey_Driven wrote:what's your favorite thing to make in that bad boy?wease wrote:Picked up an 8qt air fryer last night. What we’ve been using is a 2qt. Re: Recent Purchases
I reverse seared a Rib Eye on the Weber last night and charred some brocollini as well. Just olive oil and lots of salt over the hot coals. That shit was damn good.
No doubt a lot messier than using the old air fryer though, I'm sure.

Oh yeah, anything potato-related comes out delicious.
