On the rare occasion I'm treating people, I go the opposite route as Jorge and very clearly scrutinize the menu and try to persuade them to make the correct choices. "Whew, drinks are high.. I'm having water... hint hint" "I'm sure the chicken is just as good as the steak" "the kids menu actually looks pretty good"

Did you guys know Will Arnett was never an SNL cast member? This feels like one of those Mandela effect things.

I never thought he was a cast member. I actually don't have any association with him and SNL at all -- outside, obviously, of his former marriage to a former cast member. But I didn't even know they were together until way after she'd left SNL.
