Love it…not that Tom Petty in my opinion…takes some twist and turns, but very much PJ in here.

It kind of sounds like if Tom Petty was a member of Fleetwood Mac

I can really hear her sing this melody. As well as that bands harmonies in the chorus. It really isn't very Tom Petty to me at all.

It's probably that 12-string guitar that's reminding people of Tom Petty.

Ok the 12 string then. That's a explanation I can live with.

Seven Oclock also reminded me (in spaces) of Fleetwood Mac, guess its an influence. Nice!

I think just very classic rock so you’ll hear Petty, Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac. I keep being brought back to the 70s with this one.

Re the Petty comparisons, have we talked about the outro being Learning to Fly?

This song is on the tip of the spear

This one had more of an attempt to evoke Small Town. I feel the refrain of the song doesn't suit the style of music. Very slow tempo plod.

I likely won't listen to it again. It's lacks any purpose or individuality.

Putting this song at #3 was a real kick in the balls for the tempo. I was rocking out for two songs and then, "OK, that's enough, now we're gonna mellow out."

That being said, it's a good song. I really like the call and repeat at the end.

They just should have put Running at #3.

That or go into Dark Matter at #3 for a nice 1-2-3 combo, I agree Wreckage fucks up the flow too soon

They tried to slot it in the #3 spot just like Daughter

I need to do a side by side on that. Noticed it for sure.
