I'd consider that progress, but it would also further the point to have Europe even less prominently on the chart, no?

"Some places were very dirty, but if I returned to them months later, they were still clean," McGregor said.
"Other places would get dirty every single week, and I'd need to clean them up dozens of times per year.
Throughout all of this, I learned where every single canyon, tree, and bush was in my park."

"Climate action is a group project," he tweeted. "There will be no hero that will emerge from the fog to save us from ourselves.
To preserve this planet, we'll need a billion climate activists."

That might be a while but so far:
1) Chemicals bad
2) Trump EPA deliberately useless
3) Texas loves pollution
4) Probably Russia
5) Glenn Greenwald would have written an even longer story to make the same points (except the Russia part)

I've finished it now.

Cross out #4 & #5 and replace them with "the problem is worse than we thought" and "Biden's EPA can try to change things, but the companies have a head start on hiding/changing data" respectively.

How did Trump exert influence over the EPA? He could barely get the FDA to pump the breaks on their stupidity.

Plummeting sperm counts, shrinking penises: toxic chemicals threaten humanity (by Erin Brockovich)

Phthalates have always sounded like one of those 'online mom group' panics, but maybe there is something more here. Maybe if these chemicals are altering sex characteristics in the womb they are...

records show that his epa staff suggested these companies take another look at their numbers to see if they measured wrong and then years of data were changed to lower the output of this toxin by extreme amounts.

Where are the promised grid level storage solutions? California is decomissioning its last nuclear plant and will be charging 'surge' pricing from 4 to 9pm in an attempt to balance demand with solar plants going offline in the evenings.
