If a judge gets to interpret the law as they view the law, where are we gonna be if trump gets his way?
Or worse, Pence?
Or worse, Pence?
If Pence has his way, they'll be jailed as soon as they apply for the license.dimejinky99 wrote:If a judge gets to interpret the law as they view the law, where are we gonna be if trump gets his way?

Easy with the hyperbole. They won't be jailed, just subjected to electroshock therapy.wease wrote:If Pence has his way, they'll be jailed as soon as they apply for the license.dimejinky99 wrote:If a judge gets to interpret the law as they view the law, where are we gonna be if trump gets his way?

I'm kind of disappointed I have not been invited to a same sex wedding yet.

Well before then many of them were as hostile on this as Republicans, which is worse than cowardice. In the 90s and 00s they were so embarrassing trying to find a middle ground, and that history of polls I demonstrated shows tht while that might have been politically justified in the 90s, certainly not in the 00s.dimejinky99 wrote:Far longer than a decadeGreen Habit wrote:Also, in seeing that poll, I'm reminded on how cowardly Democrats were on this issue for at least a decade.

We passed marriage equality in Ireland almost exactly 2 years ago.
I just got the first invite to a wedding this week.
Two of my best friends.
The sky didn't fall. Yet someone from the crazy brigade last week said to me Ireland never voted for marriage equality and 400,000 people voted for it that weren't even registered to vote.
Youd think someone would have noticed we had an extra 10% of our population suddenly voting even though they weren't registered.
There's no fucking talking to the anti brigade. They're stupid enough to believe anything and everything except for facts. Thanks trump
