Yeah if he doesn't do it now we should just fall back to my idea, which was Ripken is off his team and his makeup pick can be made at the same time as his next pick.

Nope. At that point he has altered my draft strategy entirely. I can have 3 guys picked out, and have that still not be enough. He fixes it now, or at the end of the draft.
