I love Alice Coltrane and definitely hear the influence now that you point it out, but I wouldn't say he's "just doing an impression," especially in the very dramatic, Baroque sound of Spencer or the aforementioned Phantom Thread which is very lavish and Romantic. Don't know anything about Can or Oliver Messiaen though

I recognize the name but I've never heard their stuff I don't think

The soundtrack is now available on Spotify. Can’t see it on Apple Music, which only has the singles at present.

Thought there might have been more tracks on the soundtrack but can’t complain.

I saw on an Instagrampost that his project with John Wicks 'Deaf Charlie' is being pressed. So we can expect that release very soon.
