Of course they are shipping my records the week i move. Just got my new address yesterday. Informed them of the new address. My shipment is listed as "in warehouse".

They told me there is nothing they can do

There's $70 down the drain with literally them not lifting one finger to fix the issue.

Certainly bad timing on my behalf but i do a lot of logistics for a living. There are ways to handle the issue

Worst is i bet my shipment doesn't leave the facilty for another week or two

They're being shipped UPS, right? Call them, explain the situation, and ask if it can be diverted (you might have to wait until it's on the road). I had trouble with the delivery of a Vault release after 10C told me they'd change the address on my order (they didn't), but UPS was very accommodating.

I will contact UPS when there is a tracking #. It hasn't shipped yet which is what is frustrating.

Yeah dude, you can usually change the address with UPS, or at least have it changed to be delivered to a UPS store where you can pick it up
